- Deep understanding about Solar Cell production equipment in terms of design and maintenance, such as thermal system such as CVD, PECVD, LPCVD and corresponding automation system
- Passionate with equipment hands-on experience
- Preferably from PV industry. Experienced personnel from other industry such as Semiconductor is also welcome.
- Able to travel local and overseas abroad
- Able to stay for 6 months, up to 1 year abroad during project commencement

- Understands about Solar Cell production process, inclusive of but not limited to texturing, etching, diffusion, deposition, screen printing, laser, and its corresponding characterization systems.
- Able to travel local and overseas abroad upon demand.

- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
- Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, cost and labour required.
- Plan and execute data-driven experiments.
- Fully exercise specialized expertise and best technical judgment to provide high-impact contributions including meeting technical milestones and delivering high-efficiency solar cells.
- Support equipment, hardware, and device design, development, engineering, troubleshooting, and/or maintenance.
- Develop and execute process control plans.
- Comply with our safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements, meeting quotas, and exceeding goals
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with a desire to learn and gain more experience
- Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude and a competitive spirit
- Excellent comprehension and translation of technical solutions and customer needs into actionable sales strategy
- Experience in solar cell components sales and knowledge of solar cell engineering concepts is a plus
- Experience with international sales and Southeast Asia market is a plus
- Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking
